The Trainerize app lets you view your plans, track your training and nutrition, chat directly with me and view exercise demos.

GETTING STARTED

You are able to see your plan and manage all your tracking from the app

Following your initial consultation, you will receive your login details for the Trainerize app. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your full plan - your macros, meal plan, training plan and your progress. You can connect your MyFitnessPal and any fitness devices (e.g. Fitbit or Apple watch) to make tracking simple.

ACHIEVING GOALS

The app alerts us both when you have achieved a new personal best

We celebrate every win. Whether the average amount of weight you have lifted is higher than usual, or you have performed more reps with a consistent weight - it's important to recognise success that isn't just aesthetic. The app tracks this for you, and lets you (and me!) know whether you have hit any new personal bests at the end of each workout.

SETTING YOUR GOALS

I'll work with you to establish how to structure your program based on your goals

Before we kick off your program, I'll work with you to map out specific goals, and then plan how to achieve them. Every single plan is bespoke to the individual, meaning that the focus is on how you like to work, and what will work best for you and your body. The best part? If your priorities change, your plan can too. As part of your weekly check ins, we can adjust your plan as required.

MAKING PROGRESS

All weekly check in updates are captured in the app, making it easy to track progress

The weekly check in, where we review your week, and monitor your progress, can all be captured within the app. Progress photos, measurements and nutrition overviews can all be viewed and compared in Trainerize, meaning that it is that much easier to track your wins, whether they are big or small!
